David is a veteran designer and Creative Director with more than 16 years of experience. His focus has been in both design and creative strategy for versatility in execution and communication. With a design resume that includes work for several B2B and B2C international brands, he has built a highly reputable career with an amazing variety of creative experiences.
Before joining UPBrand, David served as the Vice President / Creative Director at 4ORCE, acting as both the design and ideation lead for the agency, establishing the agency aesthetic in tandem with his team of design and copywriting professionals. Clients served included: Scottrade, Express Scripts, Hanes, Hardee's, Mercy Health System, Trailnet, The Children's Home Society of Missouri and O'Charley's Restaurants.
He also served as the Creative Director / Marketing Director at The Principia, a 113-year-old private K through College educational institution. There, he was a key stakeholder in establishing a fully-integrated agency model within the institution to serve a large internal client base.
Before joining the team at The Principia, David was a senior creative at Momentum Worldwide Interactive. In that position he acted as the creative lead on projects for several B2B and B2C international brands including: Microsoft, Anheuser Busch and Intel.
Prior to his time at Momentum, David served as the President / Co-Creative Director for 3rdkynd, Inc. for 7 years in New York. Clients served included: Dairylea Cooperative, POMCO Insurance Group, Dairy Farmers of America, The United Way of Central New York, Vera House and actor Val Kilmer.
David has also worked for several other design shops and agencies in New York and Missouri and has lectured on the subjects of design, web design and effective web communication at Syracuse University and at business conferences.
